"Toeic" Natural Recordings by Native Speakers
The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) is an English language proficiency test designed for non-native English speakers. It is specifically tailored to assess English skills for business environments, allowing test-takers to demonstrate their English proficiency in the workplace.
The test assesses English skills in two areas:
1. Listening: evaluates the test-taker's ability to understand spoken English in a business context, including conversations, meetings, and instructions.
2. Reading: evaluates the test-taker's ability to understand written English in a business context, including reports, emails, and documents.
The TOEIC test is widely used by employers to evaluate the English language skills of job applicants and existing employees. It is especially useful for businesses that operate internationally, as it provides a standardized measure of English proficiency that can be used to identify potential candidates for international roles.
The TOEIC score is reported in a one- to 990-point scale, with higher scores indicating higher levels of English proficiency.
