Noun
A wealthy tribal leader in the Middle East, typically in Arabia or North Africa.

Interjection
An expression of triumph, satisfaction, or amusement. This is more commonly used in informal settings and may have different usage depending on the region or culture. In British English, it's occasionally spelled "sheek" but the pronunciation should always remain as /ʃiːk/ which sounds like "shick".
"Sheik! At last we've made it to the finish line!"
This usage is not commonly found in American English.
