"Howbeit" Examples
Adverb "Howbeit"
Howbeit is an old-fashioned adverb that means "even though" or "although". It is often used to introduce a contrasting idea or to show that despite what has been said, something else is true.
Examples:
"I am tired, howbeit I will try to finish this task tonight.", meaning "I am tired, but even though I am tired, I will try to finish this task tonight."
"The weather is cold, howbeit I will go for a walk.", meaning "The weather is cold, but even though it's cold, I will go for a walk."
