"Gestaltism" Natural Recordings by Native Speakers
Gestaltism is a philosophical approach that emphasizes the study of the whole, or Gestalt, and its characteristics, rather than focusing on the individual parts. The term "Gestalt" is German for "shape" or "form", and is used to describe the organization of elements into a unified whole.
In psychology and philosophy, gestaltism argues that the whole is more than the sum of its parts, and that the properties of the whole cannot be fully understood by analyzing its individual components separately. This approach is often applied to the study of perception, cognition, and human behavior.
In essence, gestaltism encourages people to focus on the overall pattern, structure, or design of something, rather than its individual components.
